Cancellation Policy:
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Any modification must be made at least 24 hours before your departure; however, a $4.99 fee applies. In the event that you inform us of a change at least 24 hours in advance and no seat is available for the new chosen date or time, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. Tickets purchased on promotion and modified for a date with a regular fare require payment of the price difference. Promotional tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

While we are committed to ensuring punctual trips between Montreal and Quebec City, we cannot guarantee the absence of delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road closures, traffic, or technical failures. No refunds will be granted for delays, but in the event of a trip cancellation by Jaguaride, a full refund will be issued.
In rare cases, Jaguaride reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of force majeure or unforeseen breakdowns compromising passenger safety (e.g., extreme weather conditions, serious mechanical failures, accidents, etc.). In the event of a cancellation by Jaguaride, the total amount of the ticket will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
No other compensation will be offered. Jaguaride Inc. cannot be held responsible for indirect costs or damages that may result from the cancellation or interruption of the trip, including but not limited to accommodation, meal, or alternative transportation costs.
Any assistance provided beyond the ticket refund is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a contractual obligation or an admission of liability.
Baggage: The ticket price includes 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on bag. However, if you wish to travel with more than one piece of luggage, additional fees will apply for each extra bag.
